Pros

Office space is clean and nice, great coffee maker. Other than that there are not many positives to report, I am afraid.

Cons

Most pressing concern is senior management's anger management issues and lack of respect for staff - expect to be yelled at, and to be exposed to an environment were yelling and screaming at staff is normal... These issues do not make this place a positive or pleasant place to work at.

Most staff don't stay on for longer than a year, because of above mentioned issues. Another factor is the lack of opportunity of development - not surprising when bearing in mind the size of the company.

Not a workplace I would recommend to friends...

Advice to Senior Management

Recommend management to participate in training about human resource practives, effective leadership and communication. May also want to consider anger management classes.
