Current Employee – been working at BetaSoft Systems full-time for less than a year

Pros – Some of the best marketing efforts I've seen. I met with their team as a potential consultant and after some interviewing they marketed my skillset. I got multiple callbacks, interviews, and even job offers within the first two weeks!

Cons – The amount of job possibilities can get overwhelming sometimes and calling all potential employers back in time was rigorous. I'm glad I had my schedule clear so I can focus on the job search. If I was working and also searching for a job it would have been unmanageable to keep up.

Advice to Senior Management – Excellent support team. Truly impressed

Pros – My experience with Beta Soft Systems has been excellent! I had very good learning experience with QA WhiteBox course.They provide excellent training and placement services. They have Exceptional marketing staff, training and provide great support to individuals throughout. I would highly recommend BSS to individuals seeking employment throughout the US

Cons – I have never has any bad experiences with BSS

Pros – They provide excellent training and placement. Their training mainly focuses on current market needs and opportunities.
Their interview preparation process immensely helped me to increase my confidence level .
 Trainers are extremely knowledgeable and marketing team is very helpful and cooperative with with very good network throughout US.

Cons – There are no issues that will let you down.

I would highly recommend Betasoft Sytems for all who are looking for opportunities in QA or BA. Everyone there is very helpful ,friendly and at the same time professional too.They have very good trainers, marketing and sales people. They motivate you, communicate with you time to time and prepare you for better opportunities.

Cons – Hard to find any down side of the organization .

Pros – opens a window to established clients like IBM, apple, ebay and wells fargo... but it is not easy to get placed in them.

Cons – professionalism is not like the way it should be in an IT consultancy.. promise something different and the result is not satisfactory..

Advice to Senior Management – stick to the plan and work more efficiently towards making beta soft systems a more professional organization which would increase the confidence of the employees

Pros – If you mind getting paid much less than you deserve and working with an unprofessional and irresponsible management run away from this company

Cons – Less salaray compared to peers, unethical management, very unprofessional - they once sent my W2 to my previous address and I lost it inspite of my emails informing them of the address change.

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees with respect and be fair to them and they will stick with you
