    Pros

The learning opportunity at BCU is high so one asks around they could land a position which can help further their career.

    Cons

The traffic to and from BCU can at some time become frustrating, and if you don't watch where you park you can get fined.

    Advice to Management

My advice to BCU's management would be to take advantage of the capabilities the good students have. You never know what kind of talent you might find.

  2. I enjoyed the cultural and family like atmosphere of the campus. It allowed for a good working environment.

    Pros

Working for an historical Black University such as this provided me with a sense of pride. I felt we were all representing the founder, Mary McLeod Bethune, and all of her hard work in making this college/university a reality.

    Cons

At times I felt there wasn't enough room for growth or job advancement. Because this is such a small urban situation, there aren't enough positions to qualify for,

The company can use updated information system to better assist the student body .

    Pros

If you are African American and are willing to be used by a corrupt administration until they are done abusing you then certainly take the federal money that they get for their special status.

    Cons

Do you like administrators lying to your face, teacher on student sexual and physical abuse, working from a place of fear, fake religion? Then this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Close the school and save the taxpayers money. You are not fulfilling any purported need for an HBCU (if there is one any more).

    Pros

Great tradition, outstanding students, great football team.

    Cons

The administration makes promises they have no intentions of keeping, hire and promote their friends, and carry out vendettas against anyone who disagrees with them.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring your friends and getting rid of people who are more than capable of doing the job but disagree with you. Stop spending like we have money trees on campus. It doesn't matter how much you raise if you spend it faster than it's coming in. And please, for the love of God, stop conning the Board of Trustees with your grand vision for the university when your ultimate goal is to line your pockets before you leave.
