Corrupt administration and students at a middle school level.

Professor (Former Employee) Daytona Beach, FL

ProsIf you are African American and are willing to be used by a corrupt administration until they are done abusing you then certainly take the federal money that they get for their special status.

ConsDo you like administrators lying to your face, teacher on student sexual and physical abuse, working from a place of fear, fake religion? Then this is the place for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementClose the school and save the taxpayers money. You are not fulfilling any purported need for an HBCU (if there is one any more).

    Nepotism reigns!

Administrative (Current Employee) Daytona Beach, FL

ProsGreat tradition, outstanding students, great football team.

ConsThe administration makes promises they have no intentions of keeping, hire and promote their friends, and carry out vendettas against anyone who disagrees with them.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop hiring your friends and getting rid of people who are more than capable of doing the job but disagree with you. Stop spending like we have money trees on campus. It doesn't matter how much you raise if you spend it faster than it's coming in. And please, for the love of God, stop conning the Board of Trustees with your grand vision for the university when your ultimate goal is to line your pockets before you leave.
