Pros
Lots of support from broker, great manager, lots of great tools given to agents. Many locations to choose from. Friendly, professional work environment for the most part.
Cons
Certain people in the NH home office could have been nicer. Sometimes people wouldn't return my calls when I left messages in regards to licensing.
Pros
They have a good training program.
Cons
The have Hefty monthly dues.
Advice to Senior Management
Lower your monthly dues and don't take advantage of struggling agents in this economy.
Pros
Pros: Upbeat Company Environment, helpful coworkers. Better Homes and Gardens is innovative, well known, and flexible hours, meaning how often you must go into the office. This depends on how much you want to do and make.
Cons
Better Homes and Gardens as with all other companies in this field; while in a slow economic time, while working in a job based solely off commission, sometimes your salary is jeopardized.
Advice to Senior Management
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate seems to have everything together. They are innovative, very quick to change with their surroundings. Very Strong Company.
