    Pros

Onsite management really care about the employees. The job site PM really cared about what the employees...

    Cons

Upper management could care less about the local job site, worst upper management I have ever worked for.

    Advice to Management

Learn American business, start caring for your employees and you wont have a hug turnaround.

    Pros

Some nice coworkers Learned a little about All-in-One printers. No problem with contacting client for further information Access to HP cafeteria, some perks

    Cons

Poor training, poor documentation, lousy equipment, lousy pay, constant emphasis on keeping costs down. I was hired thru the husband of my wife's co-worker, simple interview. And I was warned at the interview that the pay was going to be a lot less than someone with my skillset would normally earn. But I needed a job, so I did not quibble over pay. The testing involved following a number of steps (and running some scripts written in a version of BASIC) which required little experience or offered no latitude for further investigation. My primary challenge was memorizing all of the testing process, which involved a number of steps not documented, & forced the tester to rely on "tribal knowledge". The lead's explanation was "The steps change all the time, and if I tried to keep it up to date, I'd end up spending all of my time on documentation." Three weeks in, I had an informal job review. The lead concluded the meeting by telling me, "Keep on doing what you are doing." Friday of week 6, I was told I was not learning the job fast enough & my services were no longer needed. To say I was blind-sided is to put it mildly.

    Advice to Management

You get what you pay for. Cost of living is higher in the US, & we expect more up-to-date equipment to test with.

    Pros

Your co-workers could be highly intelligent, and awesome to work with.

    Cons

They are Chinese-based and upper management insists on forcing Chinese business practices on their American workers. They under pay, show little regard for the employee and their family, will do whatever it takes to save face, and have no problem demoralizing an entire worksite. American workers provide no benefit to their national system so they treat them poorly.

    Advice to Management

No advice, they do not listen to reason.

    Pros

Benefits are decent I like who I work with I enjoy what I do That's about it, and your right that has nothing to do with the actual company..

    Cons

Management, direct management isn't a major problem. However, regional and up are terrible. Pay isn't the best, not the worst but far from the best

    Advice to Management

Get your crap together.. Communicate truthfully to the employees. Believe that the employees you hired actually know what they are talking about before its to late.

    Pros

Hr are very friendly. No other benefits Novpaid leaves Never join this company They them selves are confused

    Cons

Beyondsoft hired me and asked me to work at the client location. I was told it's a long term project Will be there for at least a year, after I joined there was no project for me and after a month they asked me to leave without any notice just saying today is your last day in the evening. I had to leave my previous job for joining here now I am jobless n Its difficult to manage my expenses. In the end as everybody says never trust Chinese products same applies here too who knows how long it will last and there is no garuntee.

    Advice to Management

Before hiring people and ruining their career please check that they have projects to work on after going to client location.

    Pros

A full time job working with great people on the local team. Decent benefits. Working on HP site is nice because we have access to the HP cafeteria and free coffee all day. The bosses are all really great guys and I would have no problem working for them again.

    Cons

Chinese owned company working towards outsourcing all our jobs. They respect their American employees very little and act as though our only job is to make our mirror team in Shanghai look good. With very questionable ethics and respect for our team, we don't feel like we have very much job security.

    Advice to Management

Do NOT try to outsource all the work to the Chinese team because it will end in disaster for both the local team and the company as a whole.
