    Pros

    Hr are very friendly.
    No other benefits
    Novpaid leaves
    Never join this company
    They them selves are confused

    Cons

Beyondsoft hired me and asked me to work at the client location. I was told it's a long term project Will be there for at least a year, after I joined there was no project for me and after a month they asked me to leave without any notice just saying today is your last day in the evening. I had to leave my previous job for joining here now I am jobless n Its difficult to manage my expenses.
In the end as everybody says never trust Chinese products same applies here too who knows how long it will last and there is no garuntee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Before hiring people and ruining their career please check that they have projects to work on after going to client location.

I have been working at Beyondsoft Consulting full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

A full time job working with great people on the local team. Decent benefits. Working on HP site is nice because we have access to the HP cafeteria and free coffee all day. The bosses are all really great guys and I would have no problem working for them again.

    Cons

Chinese owned company working towards outsourcing all our jobs. They respect their American employees very little and act as though our only job is to make our mirror team in Shanghai look good. With very questionable ethics and respect for our team, we don't feel like we have very much job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do NOT try to outsource all the work to the Chinese team because it will end in disaster for both the local team and the company as a whole.

I worked at Beyondsoft Consulting as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

It's a Chinese company so they invest less in marketing and more in sales. They are short on staff because they are too frugal to hire more employees, so their existing employees must wear many hats.

Senior management is good, though some are more self-absorbed and don't seem to care about employees.

    Cons

Office culture is a little dead besides the occasional company lunch.

    Pros

Flexible and Easy. Not very structured. Would have been a great job but China does not know how to run a US company.

    Cons

Too many corporate restructurings. Lies about commission/bonus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop lying. Learn to manage and reward talented individuals.

    Pros

It was an opportunity to learn new skills and add depth to existing ones. Also a chance to meet like minded and different people,

    Cons

Communication barriers, seeming lack of strategic direction and process at times, I think this goes along with high growth periods in any company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
