    Advice to Management

    * Treat employees as your most important asset * Offer more employee recognition and incentives * Listen to employee feedback, ideas and suggestions * Offer better benefits such as continuing education * Compete with Innovation by adding True Value to Clients and Employees and not only by undercutting competition with Labor Rate or Price alone

    Pros

You don't really have to work hard. Like most Chinese companies, the level of effort onshore is mediocre, but the management style lacks emotion. You can use this to your advantage, and phone everything in... just make sure you negotiate a salary when coming on-board that you're happy with. I never once saw anyone get a raise, ever.

    Cons

Nobody else works hard either. I left the company because I felt no real motivation whatsoever - if there was success or failure, it was handled with the same placid nature of oh-well. There's no team spirit - there's no spirit at all.
