I have been working at Bharat Heavy Electricals

    Pros

I got do what i liked, Some people in the management were actually great and enthusiastic to share what they knew

    Cons

No practical component in internship or summer college experience. I would call their internship program a useless exercise at best. Other students as well as BHEL do it as a formality.
