    Pros

    Proposed and designed a ‘Single stage grid connected inverter topology for solar photo-voltaic systems’, using modified phasor pulse width modulation technique for switching, for a test panel of 235 Watts, using MATLAB.

    Cons

    I loved working at the company and there is not much cons that I can point to.

    Advice to Management

    Excellent management but more specific and research oriented projects can be given to interns to help them know the company and the industry better.

    A lot of things to learn. Technically a vast company. Many plants in India. Many industries and profile one can look.

    Leadership is not good. Not chanigng with time. Lazy, laidback. Will make you to frustruate

    Training period for interns must be extended. Its a huge company so, students should be given more time to explore various equipment and processes.

    I got do what i liked, Some people in the management were actually great and enthusiastic to share what they knew

    Cons

    No practical component in internship or summer college experience. I would call their internship program a useless exercise at best. Other students as well as BHEL do it as a formality.
