Great place to work, should invest more in technical training of employees post the merger of the different business units, there still seem to be silos of subject matter experts

To start my career with one of the finest Telecom Company in India is a great thing and its like a milestone . Airtel was my dream company and i am happy but don't for how long.

Encourage more free discussions - employees need to feel that they can speak their mind. Maybe new channels of communication need to be created, or new platforms for sharing ideas, thoughts and views.
Should also seriously consider having an internal consulting team - there are many talented people and ideas at airtel that otherwise go to rot in the day-to-day routine job.
