    Pros

A very dynamic, empowering and entrepreneurial environment. Strong business fundamentals and leadership.

    Cons

The somewhat bureaucratic style of functioning. Also, a more employee friendly outlook towards work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

The company has all the basic ingredients to build a truly world-class telecom infrastructure company - but still needs to take that whole-hearted plunge to become an attractive employee friendly organisation... one that can boldly be recognised as an employer of choice

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Bharti Infratel Limited full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The salary that they pay is quite good, as compared to to other market tower operators.

    Cons

    1. Bad working culture 2. Seniors are not friendly 3. Involvement of vendors in internal functioning 4. Absolute nil on sex ratio 4. Worst work life balance

    Advice to Management

Make policies but make sure that they are to be followed. Seniors and Juniors should be more friendly. Staff welfare schemes should be increased. Dependency on vendor should be drastically reduced, if you want to be market leader in future also, else doom is near.
