Pros

Since Bi-mart is a community orriented workplace it is essential to get a feel for the community needs. We carry a slightly different array of products based on what the neighbourhood around the store needs.
 Our regular customers often come in daily and simply enjoy our store and employees. I must admit that there are more than enough people who treat the sales team like indentued servants- but that is par for the course in retail. Overall it is a good place to work- depending on your store manager.

Cons

Though job advancement within the company is fairly common, it is difficult to transfer to another location. And though Bi-mart says it will help you with furthering your education, they tend to only do so when your major is business- not science.

They are doing fine.
