One of the most difficult task in being a leader is getting things planned and done through others and dealing with different personalities. And I think, the top management is doing well on these aspects.

Keep the structure of both main and off-shore sites in-sync.

Pros

Its technology is promising and the executives have the ability to boost your morale to the extreme level. They know the business nature to develop without laying out exhaustive and low-probability contingency plans.

Cons

There are only a handful of competent managers here. Most of them are unprofessional, have no sense of business plan, could not make heavy decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Kindly check your managers if they are doing their job. Some managers do not deserve their position. Best if you have a background on each and everyone of them.
