“Nice environment, nice incentives, they let you work from home”
Current Employee – been working at BidPrime full-time for less than a year
Pros – It's a good company to work for, a solid product, and it's easy to sell it and make good commission. They don't really set quotas or apply a lot of direct pressure, which is nice if it's the right person who has good months and average months. The managers are very hands off and let you sink or swim yourself. They are engineers and don't really seem to step in unless performance is low.
Cons – There still seems to be a silent quota. If you don't perform they will punish you by giving you less work and make you work back up to getting more leads. It's easy to make a lot of money from the good leads but without those you have to work a bit harder.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep focusing on the product. It makes our jobs 100% easier.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
