Pros
The employees are a good bunch of people which makes it easier to work with.
Cons
To much micro-managing going on.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop micro-managing and be more flexable with time off or working from home. Let them do their job without feeling like they are being watched every second.

A good place to gain experience when it is busy.
Cons
There is a problem when it comes to thinking 'outside the square'. Nepotism is blatant.
