Pros

Generally a good group of friendly younger people in the sales exec. positions and the administrative staff. The office is centrally located and the hours are not too bad.

Cons

Management competence and professionalism is lacking. They need to do more in the way of background checks on employees to avoid some embarrassing issues that took place that would have been avoided with a simple criminal check. Its not for everyone. Do some research online before you consider working for this company. It is a decent job for someone in their very early 20s who does not have a full college degree, but thats about it.

Narrow your focus on the entities that are producing.
