Cons – Sometimes long retail hours but compensated well for it :)

Pros – I worked for a great owner, pay sucked on the front end, but, he made up for it on the back end. Very fun and fast paced if you land with the right owner.

Cons – No hourly pay increase EVER

Advice to Senior Management – I know that most stores are franchised, but, owners need to be held more accountable for their actions.

Pros – None,after 25 yrs of service I cant even say a thing they hurt me,no thanks to the president.

Cons – They are fake and will turn their back on you,they did me and my family no good,I lost everything because they wouldnt help out a fellow dealer,they lie.

Advice to Senior Management – Im sorry your stuck ,I cant say anything good about this company,after 25 yrs of building their name to customers,I was done wrong and left with nothing.

Cons – No 401k no benifets no medical,dental,vision nothing and if so it cost an arm and leg.

Advice to Senior Management – Get your guys insurance they do bust their hump for you and they get nothing in return but a check...

Pros – I get all my hours but they are willing to flex when i need to do something for my 2 sons. Positive environment to work in.

Cons – It is hard though to make progress in my life situation with what i get paid in regards to the jobs i perform.
