Pros

Great Company with some of the best beers in north america. The company is dedicated to quality and respects the traditions of each brand produced. I admire the fact that Big Rock has grown to its current size mainly through the quality of the beer rather than pump $$$ into advertising. Its the beer that counts.
     Management had a "use your best judgement" attitude, It allowed staff to take control of their role and encouraged them to excel.

Cons

Support for further education is limited. Slow to make decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work, but remove any management that are not delivering and replace them with trained people who can move the company forward.
