Pros

To share my knowledge in the Construction Industries & to earn much money to support my duties & responsibilities in my family.

Cons

In construction site some people lack of cooperations, lack of coordinations & sometimes lack of respects & misunderstanding in the site regarding of works.

Advice to Senior Management

In Bilfinger Berger & the owner is the Best but only few in the different Department the leadership is not good to deal with their staff.

Pros

Company in a good shape even during the crisis. There are many different areas where the company is active from construction to environmental technologies.

Cons

The companies in the group are not very well integrated, it is difficult to learn more and cooperate or switch among the different subsidiaries.

Advice to Senior Management

It would be great to have a talent management program, which is totally missing and we would need better focus on human resource development in general.
