If you are middle class, male and German then this company is for you!

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIn the PPP division access to senior management was good, they were approachable and friendly and had a less traditional attitude.

The company seems to have a lot of money compared to others.

ConsPPP division: employees and senior managers who performed poorly were not managed or dealt with, leading to poor leadership and low morale.
Head office: it is a very middle-class, male, Caucasian, hierarchical culture. Employee engagement is not effective, especially during a time when it matters most - in a major organisational re-structure.

Advice to Senior ManagementIn everything you do, think about your employees and customers, not yourselves!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

People and processes canĀ“t catch up with business development.

Leading Circle III Job (Current Employee) Mannheim (Germany)

Proswidely spread job opportunities, it is possible to switch between legal entities and even between areas of job type. If wanted, international mobility is possible. Local and legal entities are highly independent and strong.

ConsCompany comes from typical civil engineering structures of business and mid market. Maturity of business processes is worse than poor. C-Level and leading circles sit in ivory tower and is not able to come down to earth and talk to the crackerjacks.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo not fly on 30,000 feet all the time, but come down, hitch up your knickers, ask your employees how to do business and get out of dependence of all that "consultants" with the famous 3 or 4 characters.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
