    Pros

    Good work environment, coworkers are friendly, management seems to care about their people.

    Cons

    Heavy emphasis on completing customer service call in limited time. Sometimes more time is needed to truly help customer.
    Receiving a hundred calls a day can be monotonous.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to care about your people. Don't be overzealous to help a customer in two minutes. Offer higher pay for bilingual representatives.
