Pay increases to those who go above and beyond do not seem to be recognized and given except for annual pay raise. Need more recognition for those people in the form of pay raises.

They are constanely looking to improve and grow and are willing to invest in the future. Even with their desire to grow they haven't forgotten the importance of safetly

Sometimes communication isn't as good as it should be. Their efforts to cut cost by reducing the workforce puts a strain on people,they give people more task to proform but less time to do so after they sped up the lines. I understand the need to cut cost but there is a limit as to how much one person can do

They need to listen to feedback from employees better. A lot of times in our meetings when issures are brought up we are told it's a disscussion for another time or meeting that never comes about

Pros

A lot of the employees are close, even when they're not at work and that leads to a better team atmosphere when they're at work. This is a job where there are different divisions, but they all have to be constantly aware of each other because it's all for the creation of a single product. Team work is necessary, so the closeness is a good thing.

Cons

It's a 24 hour business and the hours are a little crazy sometimes. it's also hard to take time off, but there is a good system set-up in regards to vacation time, etc..

The management does a good job of communicating with the production staff, and make sure that nothing gets too out of hand.

It was a job and a pay check coming in, I had benifits for the family and retirerment

You are expected to work take on large work loads and had to work long hours to get them compleated. No family values. Not that I mind long hours when needed but this was everyday.

Give more thought to your employees and their families, do not expect them to give up their family life to earn you a buck.

The compensation is fantastic, as they are always coming up with ways to increase your sales.

Cons

The schedule is tough and the work is hard, but that is expected when you take the job. The biggest problem is the lack of vacation time. It is nearly impossible to take vacations, since you have to find somebody to run your route yourself. Some drivers haven't taken a vacation in years.

Create extra vacation route drivers, so that the regulars could at least have SOME time off.

Pros

Great Place to work. Lots of pay, great managment and tons to perks. Clients are good too. very good place.

sometimes I wish the work day would never end, due to the positive work environment. really great! Bad lunches sometimes.

extend the work week. Make the days longer so I can continue to bake new fun products. Clients want us to stay!

Some good people on the floor that really care about the plant and what the product looks like.

Cons

Management doesn't know how to run a bakery. They talk down to people and don't listen to people on the floor who have been there for a long time running the bakery.

Listen to the hard working people on the floor, they know what they are talking about
