    1. Dealer retention strategies should be made such as giving them other benefits eg. Education facility for their children, Providing education or Health insurance to them.
    2. Relation building meets on monthly basis should be organize meet all the dealers and the corporate heads of the companies to meet them and discuss their problem providing sort out majors to them.
    3. Finally some criteria for dealer selection and dealers should be done on the following traits:
    ? Market Share
    ? Sales Intensity
    ? Storage space provided
    ? Standard of service provided to the customer
    ? Market awareness
    ? Provision of market intelligence
    ? Public relations
    ? Maintenance of business records
    ? Submission of records
    (If possible for uneducated dealers provision of free education training to them in which train them how to maintain records etc should be their)
    4. Create Brand Image for dealers also.
    5. Create Social responsibility Ads for viewers Eg Like. Vedanta Resources Add
    6 MAKE use of new Concept Collaborative Effort towards growth from all the departments
