Current Employee – been working at Binary Tree full-time
Pros – Fun company with great people. Telecommuting every single day allows for unmatched flexibility in schedule. Lots of projects requiring various talent types. Compensation and benefits are very nice. Nobody constantly looking over your shoulder.
Cons – Balancing work/life when work lives at home with you can be a challenge. Smaller company politics tend to get in the way sometimes. Lack of personal co-worker interaction is a downside.

Current Employee – been working at Binary Tree
Pros – Virtual company, everyone works from home. Very focused, collaborative environment working at fast pace. Every day flies by, always more to do. Nobody hanging over your should, very entrepreneurial. Growing rapidly, technology leader, great salary, benefits and bonuses. Best company party in the world!
Cons – Much is given, but much is expected. Working out of house means work/life balance is juggling act. Only top performers survive here, so much less downtime than most companies. Not much personal interaction.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep those communication lines open between departments, more coaching please!
