  • If you're a caseworker, infocall, or any other entry level position, there are no pros (in 3 reviews)

  • Horrible management, horrible pay (in 5 reviews)

  • You had to be in at 8:45 but if you punched in a minute late (meanwhile, half the time there was a line at the clock) you got docked 15 minutes (in 3 reviews)

    Some management display concern for employees.


    Reactive and not proactive management style. Local management was awesome, the company wide policies were more reflective of a sweat shop mentality.

    Advice to Management

    People aren't trying to rip you off. Treat employees with respect and evolve your management style to the new century.
