working at binions allowed me numerous advancement opportunities. There is a history at Binions that can not be found anywhere else. I was recognised for doing a good job on a regular basis and listened to when i had problems. I would recommend it to anyone seeking employment

Cons

Binions doesnt have a very good benefits package. With the economy the way it is, it was few and far between on getting raises or bonuses. You have to deal with a much lower class clientel than you can find else where in las vegas.

Advice to Senior Management

Just keep doing what your doing, I firmly believe that when the economy turns around that you will be able to do what needs to be done in order to thrive once more. Just hold out as long as possible

Pros

Always meeting new people from all over the country.

Cons

Must be able to handle a smoky environment and people who have been drinking.
