Pay and benefits are very good if you want to work at Binswanger.

Cons

I would prefer not to say, but this company does not want their admins to prosper. Its the nature of the real estate business. We edon't bring in $$$$$ so we are a liability.

coworkers are generally knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with
not much more

no focus or forsight
management is out of touch
company is all smoke and mirrors
company plays games with commissions (surcharges, delays,etc.)

define goals
encourage professional development
stop with all of the lies
