“Best place to work for job stability but not for career advancement.”

Pros

Job stability and mobility from one group to another are the prime reasons for working at Bio-Rad. The company has experienced unprecedented growth in the past decade and has tremendously increased its market portfolio in the arena of clinical diagnostics which is a production and development group, which hosts a number of positions.

Cons

The salary offered for a position is somewhat lower than what other companies pay for in the comparable market and the increase in salary is hard to come by.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employee needs and treat them with respect. No one enjoys working in a place where working atmosphere gets tense.
