Management is rotating job responsibilities of all the employees after 3-4 months to have full departmental knowledge and good work experience to evaluate individual's performance This was one of the top reasons to work there

Cons

It is a world wide business. It was hard to communicate with customers or the staff members in 8-5pm time schedule in other countries.

Advice to Senior Management

As an Accounting Supervisor managed/implemented the sincere dedications towards the collections both for international and domestic accounts with 100% results in first 3 months. Resolved/organized the tax problems eliminated the penalties on late filing with 100% results in 4-5 months

Pros

They had a great compensation and commission package. They also had nice benefits packages.

Cons

Senior Management did not want to listen to the people on the frontlines about product deficiencies and sales challenges
