    Pros

    * Fanastic learning place
    * Get sufficient exposure to diffrent aspects of developement at very early in anyone's career
    * Good food

    Cons

    * Bureaucratic place, which results in slow rather stagnant professional growth irrespective of your excellent / good / average performance and also results in the delay of projects.
    * Wages specially at executive / senior executive / assistant manager level are very low and discouraging.
    * Not a employee friendly and caring (specially low and mid level employees) organisation, due to the reason of most of the critical decisions are person driven rather than system driven.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Kindly consider to recognise, acknowledge and appreciate the work achieved my the low and mid level employees.

    I have been working at Biocon

    Pros

    Work environment is very relaxed. Work timings are flexible. Inter departmental transfer is possible.

    Cons

    Increments are very poor, dont even meet the recession. The upper management does not take logical n rational decisions. They only worry about the present and dont care to bother about the future consequences. Managers are very biased and scope of growth is only limited to one in a group and that person gets an exponential one. HR policies are very un professional. Never think of retaining people. Too much hype about the company by the MD and the media.people with the required knowledge can never stay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please retain the right people with knowledge and listen to them. Please keep your ego s aside. Please think for the growth of the company and not yours. Please be organised and please provide good increments to the actual ones at the bottom who really work. The management should actually stop thinking about the money and think about the employees for once and try to fulfill their demands for once atleast.
