Biogen Idec is a pretty laid back company. There is a lot of freedom, and the employees are nice and willing to help each other.
Cons
Not too many downsides that I experienced. Only problem is that the company hasn't been doing too well is the recent past.
Advice to Senior Management
I experienced great leadership at Biogen Idec. Lots of patience and help available. Strong guidance. I enjoyed my time at Biogen Idec
