    Pros

Great benefits, well funded research labs

    Cons

    Horrible middle management, low morale

    Advice to Management

Let your employees do their job without micromanaging their every movement. This company has put a ton of money into basic research in order to build up their future pipeline - more companies should follow this example.

    Pros

Great benefits, the name for now but don't hold you breathe

    Cons

Stuck in their own ways, Politics just politics. Things DO NOT GET DONE because leads, supervisors and managers are too busy BSing each other. This place is just toxic. After the smoke effect clears out on how great Biogen is, you will realize that you aren't valued and they don't care about you. Only goals is to get as much out of you. They will not reward you unless you are part of their click.

    Advice to Management

How about do your job and not other people's jobs. If each department worked on what they are suppose to do like support the actual manufacturer which is us. All these support group and just pushing paper around...

    Pros

Great Pay Great Benefits Great Location/Buildings Generally Nice People Rewarding Work

    Cons

HR controls all aspects of career opportunities. If you are an internal employee applying for a position, you will not get the same salary if you were applying as an external candidate. Almost at a disadvantage if you are internal. Too many high level positions, not enough junior/intermediate.

    Pros

Good salary, good products, very high intensity peer group

    Cons

Tremendous amount of turnover, especially of middle/senior management. Makes for a very uneasy and toxic work environment.

    Advice to Management

Do not consider your employees disposable.

    Pros

Flexible with time, good amount of vacation days, good 401k, tuition reimbursement, nice campus, good location, proper SOPs, newer facilities

    Cons

A few of the downsides were management, professionalism, lack of acknowledgement, but overall good company to work for

    Pros

The company itself is very nice and stable. Nice amenties and benefits. Outside of Patient Service there appear to be lots of growth opportunities.

    Cons

Patient services treats their employee's like slavesm we are not running a sweat shop but we are helping to add value to patient lives. Patients are just a number now not a person that truly help. Speed in processing doesn't generate quality output. Supervisors are controlling and deeming to employee's. No work/life balance

    Advice to Management

If your team is failing, take a look at your Supevisors, the team is only good as the people that you have leading them.

    Pros

    Good benefits, facilities, smart co-workers

    Cons

Top heavy, lack of decision making, grew too fast, work life balance was once promoted but cannot anymore, people are not promoted based on merit, soft skills are more important than getting work done and fear of making decisions amongst ambiguity

    Advice to Management

Major overhaul is needed for management. Decision making needs to be rewarded (give rewards for taking risk even more than what is done now), too many silos, you are experiencing new turnover due to burnout
