Pros
Beer on Fridays, Chill and laid back atmosphere. Most people are outgoing and pretty nice. If you are lazy, you can get by doing nothing. Having a cafeteria and gym is nice.
Cons
Boring repetitive work. Could develop people better between departments. The work is the same and you task based not project oriented so you never see the fruits of your labor.
