    ProsNo work pressure because there is no work at all.
    Just fooling client and employee.

    ConsDisturbed work - life balance , managers can take weeks and months of leaves and employee have to answer hundreds of stupid question for a single leave.
    average appraisal of 0.5- 2 % ,
    Top management or HR dont even bother listen to employees.
    Many teams vanished because of poor management like PS Tech , Healthcare team.
    Discrepancies everywhere , like policies , Full and Final , Incentives.
    Increased notice period from 2 to 3 months.

    very poor decision of increasing notice period duration to make your employees stay , instead try treating them well .
