    Pros

There are NO benefits (insurance, etc.) for drivers. Good for retired people who already have income and insurance.

    Cons

No benefits. There is really no upward mobility because there's no place to go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go on the tv show, Undercover Boss.

I worked at Birnie Bus Service

    Pros

No work on the weekends summer break and vacation breaks paid every week free donuts during employee meetings

    Cons

worrying about have correct amount of pay, constant request of mechanics to check out reported problems, Having faulty seatbelt wheel chair restraints, communication very poor between upper management and employees. Alot of favoritism with giving recent run openings. Litttle to none health insurance. The workers are not being heard about what they need from this employer obviously this employer does not care.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shape up or expect the union to be knocking at your door to get what we employee need to support our families. Working at this place you need union representation to get decent pay and benefits, possibly incorporate some form of ethical communication between workers and staff.
