Pros

they are very flexible with your work hours and love to take on student workers. The management is very understanding of your individual situation and very friendly.

Cons

One of the few downsides is you work in the heat of a greenhouse all day. This is not the job for you if your are looking to stay clean.

Advice to Senior Management

Management was really great here. Something i could suggest is maybe getting a system set up for employee clock ins.
