    Pros

    Decent pay, employees are tight knit. Great area to work and good pay depending on your position. Consistent level of business.

    Cons

    Late hours. Ownership almost allows customers to run the business. Management needs to be held accountable and learn how to manage. Kitchen staff treats FOH the worst I have experienced.

    I have been working at Bistro Roca

    Pros

    Warm atmosphere with wonderful guests. Best value in Blowing Rock where quality and price actually meet. The staff are personable and the guest feel at home.

    Cons

    With a limited space to work in sometimes guests do not realize that there is only so much that can be done and we have a capacity both with our time and our efficiency. If the restaurant is busy be patient, there is only so much room to complete the job and more employees only clutters an already cluttered environment.
