Mostly good people to with.
Work hours are very flexible.
At the time the projects were very interesting.
Cons
No communication from the CEO about how the company is doing.
Advice to Senior Management
Have company meetings. Keep the employees informed.

Pros
Small company environment
Lots of good friendly people
Cool product and technology
Cons
The company has been around for many years but just can seem to really move forward and grow
The management is too conservative - lots of missteps
Benefits are expensive and pretty minimal
Management doesn't listen much to regular employees
The DPI market may not be sufficient for Bivio to succeed
Not a lot of budget
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on business development and revenue generation
