Pros
I just love the frieindly staff and would enjoy working in such an upbeat atmopshere. I also like working evenings.
Cons
The schedule changes each week making it hard to make plans. There doesn't appear to be many opportunities to advance due to the size of the company.
Advice to Senior Management
I think that the restaruant should have more entertainment at night and bring in bands form areas all over the state.
