    Pros

Steady reliable paycheck bi-weekly Compensated for auto

    Cons

1.) Lack of direction from management-management does NOT do the job so they don't know what they are talking about 2.) Lack of consideration from management about being hourly part time. There is no hesitation to call any hour of the day. 3.) Driving - driving - driving to get their work done. Although there has never been a time in 2 plus years that I have not had the work done by Wednesday of the work week. 4.) Never any consideration for being reliable and a good employee. You are only as good as the current date you have worked. 5.) A supervisor that is like a bead of water on a hot skillet. Jumping from one topic to the next without answering the first question, yelling when he does not even know what is going on or getting your explanation as to why, inconsiderate of your personal time.

    Advice to Management

Treat your merchandisers as you yourself would like to be treated. Be considerate of their personal time. How could you live on our pay?

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, good location, acceptable benefits, immediate manager was not a micromanager so that was a plus, However that was it for the pros.

    Cons

Long hours 50 - 55 hour work week the norm. Pay was poor when taking into consideration the hours. Only path for advancement was managing people

    Pros

Always learning something new encouraged to create better processes

    Cons

Not paid market salary especially considering the amount of work we do.

    Advice to Management

I do not think the executives realize how much work we do as account managers considering the salary disparity.

They keep you very busy. The people there are hard working, and very nice to work with. Overall very good co-workers, supportive and intelligent.

    Cons

Pay is poor, no chance of promotion from within. None of the benefits compete very well with the rest of the bay area. Employees are not a priority.

    Pros

Ok pay. Co-workers were great, most of them.

    Cons

Lack of management in IT. There's a CIO and a CTO and they're like two kids fighting and you're caught in the middle. When I first started it was a mess, long hours, lack of people, high stress, getting yelled at for what I don't know. Very political arena. Last manager didn't seem to care much about the team.

    Advice to Management

Cut the politics and run the company and manage your employees better.
