Advice to Senior Management

Pros

Equal time split between work life and personal life. Easy to take days off for dentist, doc appointments. Most Co-workers were like family. There was a employee discount on any books.

Cons

No job growth, Incompetent Senior Management always making the wrong decisions which is affecting this company to this day. Negative returns, Company not profitable over 9 years. Lucky that this is a privately own company or this company would of been done years ago.

No real job advancements just change of titles to smooth employees EGOs. Some Managers/Supervisors brown nose there way up and take on project roles with no experience then jump around to other floating projects again with no experience and we wonder why the ship is sinking?

Advice to Senior Management

There is no advice since Senior Management already tried to deployed lifeboats for this company with the huge layoffs.
