I have been working at Blip full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The blip's culture is based on a "second home" environment, so I feel like we are like a family. We have free food, games and places to relax, friendly and relaxed environment, no dress code, Pilates and free English classes so you can improve your skills, communities and teams budget available.

    Cons

By hiring new people and increasing the number of employees sometimes feels that the culture is being lost. It's the problem of every company when is growing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that the culture is kept!

I have been working at Blip full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

free food, games available to play, there is not a lot of stress, great environment.
it's really like you the old times in the university, everybody is always joking, even when working.

    Cons

managers still have an old school mindset, controlling your working hours, and always trying to be in charge. it's difficult to have a technical career at this company, since you always work on the same product.

I have been working at Blip full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent environment, free fresh food and groceries, very horizontal structure, they really value people, technically challenging environment, investing on employees formation, team spirit and light environment (jokes and play all the time)

    Cons

The steep growth of the company makes it difficult to manage a lot of people, especially in defining the culture of the company. This is not a problem though, only a thing to work on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep investing on people and company culture. Slow down a bit on talent acquisition maybe, to settle the culture.
