Pros

Coworker are friendly ans polite for the most part. The numerous food days is definitely a plus. Pretty good benefits to be a small company.

Cons

They are extremely behind in technology... Upgrade is need ASAP. They hire from temp agencies in order to keep salary offered to employees low. This is economically smart short-term but in the long run if it hasn't already this will hurt this companies ability to succeed. Its difficult to keep good employees that no there value if u short change them.

Advice to Senior Management

I don't have any advice for the management other than kearn from each other and past mistakes so they don't happen again.
