Pros
it's a great place to work, there is room for growth, depending on who you know. All in all good place to work salaries could be a little better.
Cons
its hard to get ahead in the company unless you know someone. but if you are smart and a hard worker you may just get lucky and get promoted anyway.
Advice to Senior Management
Promote the hardworkers not your friends..
Pros
It's a paycheck, other than that... nothing.
Cons
Upper management plays nothing but the favortism game. I have seen hard working employees lose their jobs while the slacker employees keep theirs. They are getting rid of all the seasoned employees for what so that upper mangement can keep their bonuses. The new motto should be: "Carry the uncarrying card."
Advice to Senior Management
Upper mangement needs to treat their employees with respect and dignity, instead back stabbing them. They always talk about team work, but refuse to allow key employees to be part of the team. Employees are an asset, but this company doesn't understand that. Morale is at an all-time, unproductive low.
Pros
I would have to say the medical benefits for employee insurance. Excellent rates for coverage.
Cons
Salaries are lower than market value regardless of what the Medical Management (Tom, Felicia, Ron) Senior Team identifies. Salaries increase are based on personal relationships with what I call the "Blue Kool-Aide" drinkers. Very similar to the situation at the People's Temple with Jim Jones. If you dont drink, (the BLUE) you will not last in Medical Management.
Advice to Senior Management
Brace Yourself!
This new Kamikaze style of senior managment just might have bad results or consequences!
Pros
Financially stable company, better than average benefits
Cons
Antiquated IT solutions. Not cutting edge at all.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire some good Business Analysts, upgrade your IT, and streamline your processes. Productivity and efficiency will increase temendously.
Pros
Benefits and networking with vendors
Cons
Biased leadership who obtained their position based on their connections to retired former leaders; insider promotions and outrageous bonus payments for manipulated results; elaborate all expense paid trips for leadership or sales people with huge expenditures on entertainment, liquor, food, travel for the "chosen few"
Advice to Senior Management
If you can't show the details about your bonus payments and all the incredible expense paid trips for special people to the public, stop doing them.
