    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, pensions), flexibility, great pay, annual bonus, and opportunity to work from home.

    Cons

They are eliminating this position over the course of 18-24 months, so don't apply for it.

    Advice to Management

Focus less on gimmicks and trivial handouts, and more on verbal praise. Provide more training and career pathing on skills needed for advancement, other than during your lunch break. Refrain from micromanaging and delegate more responsibilities.
