I have been working at Blue Cross of Idaho full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People are nice. The pay is good for the job type. There are many different shifts to fit your life. The benefits are pretty good.

    Cons

Clear expectations were never set. A culture of distrust and micromanagement. Management is disconnected from the reality of the situation.

    Advice to Management

Set expectations. Listen. Listen Listen. Did I say, listen? Communicate clearly and with purpose. Don't punish your employees for doing what you asked them to do. Follow through on promises.
