Independent, open management team. Open to new ideas.

    Cons

Due to many forces outside of the companies control, Blue Heron Paper Company is no longer in business. They filed for chapter 11 protection and after 14 months went chapter 7. They have been closed for over 2 years.

I worked at Blue Heron Paper

    Pros

Pay and benefits were decent but the place is falling apart so there is no reason to start working there now.

    Cons

Shift work can be tough and overtime whether you want it or not. No opportunities for advancement except by seniority.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice to be given, the industry and company are failing. Not much can be done about that really.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
