    Anybody and everybody through out the organization is 100% accessible and approachable and takes a pride in the company's open door policy. They respect people and are committed toward them offering them best of the growth opportunities.

    1) Good Work - life balance.
    2) Flexibility in time.
    3) Training on new technologies but no project to work on.
    4) Good activities like sports,annual functions.

    Cons

    1) Lack of projects.
    2) Once stuck with maintenance project ,there is hardly any new project to get out.
    3) Low salary hike at the end of the year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Employees need to be shifted to another project if he desires after spending like 1 year in one project.
    2) Company should be more aggressive in getting new projects.

    Culture is very good and HR co-ordination is fantastic. Growth opportunities also very good.

    Cons

    Salary is not at market standards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company will publish 40% or 120% growth this year and but employee salaries are not growing more than 10%.

    I have been working at Blue Star Infotech

    Pros

    The company has employee friendly policies - flexible timing, work from home, management is good and supportive.
    You feel like coming to office because the culture is so open. You don't have to be scared of office politics, no harassment from seniors, people are approachable whatever level they may be. A perfect company to maintain work-life balance.

    Internal processes are slow
