-My work required to contact many people, i.e. I was able to grow Network in industry.
- I was given responsibility.
- every one works for his team

- You are squeezed till you back out/ death forget holidays & vacation
-If your are not on top our commitments to any one will surely fail,either it is customer, Vendor, contractor, business Associate ... any one
-How to make any process lengthy.
- Here every one works for there own or for there division and NOT for Blue Star as whole.
-every one has responsibility but without power. even if i company has to pay just Rs 50 get it approved from Manager and then get sanctioned from VP for just Rs 50. this process in fastest way will get in 20 days at least., i can challenge for it.
