Pros

High-tech challenging field with many irons in the fire. Excellent field for growth and potential to explode in all directions.

Cons

Travel was extensive. Working in meter pits was a bummer. Some vendors were just impossible to deal with as they wanted the commission not the responsibilities associated with managing or training their accounts.

Advice to Senior Management

Should have let the US team take a shot at manufacturing. In the end, the FCC and slow response of the England destroyed this promising small company. We should have been more agile.
