    Pros

    Friendly management, coworkers and trainers. Great training. Pay & benefits are excellent, especially for the area. They have company picnics and things that keep the fun alive.

    Cons

    There are little things here and there, but nothing worth mentioning. I believe it's a great place to work, one of the best I've ever worked for. N/A

    If we could get differing headsets upon preference, that'd be nice?

    most of retail sales feel job is threatened if they do not meet goals. lots of turnover.

    Pros

    Opportunity to make a difference and work with multiple departments; solid, stable business; easy commute; staff is engaged and hard-working

    Cons

    Top performers are ignored/talked down to; company has an arrogant, "our way or the highway" mentality; constantly in fire drill mode - everything has to be done now; only 1 week vacation first year and 2 weeks after that, and it is difficult to take off. Can be a good company for those beginning career, but experienced professionals are repressed by insecure upper management. Long hours are the norm.

    Trust your middle managers and staff, invest in employee growth/development and celebrate success, treat employees with value and respect. Empowered employees are not a threat but an asset. Give more competitive time off.

    Pros

    -Great support by your local sales teams.
    -If you perform well in your position, you have a great chance of moving up the ladder.
    -Local customer service is great. You don't have to call the Philippines for every small issue.

    Cons

    -Absolutely terrible compensation. No incentive to exceed sales goals.
    -Technology is at least 6 years behind competitors.
    -Non-existant HR.
    -Turnover rate is through the roof.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Corporate is completely detached from the local stores. Quality employees quickly find better paying jobs. Even mid-level management is attrocious.
