Pros

Great people and product. Engineering was great to work with on getting product improvements done. Great Benefits. The support people are great and seem to care about the customer. The product is a easy to sell and support the ablity to use 3rd party product with the equipment makes it easy to deploy and sell.

Cons

Didn't comunicate with employes on changes. The middle/upper management needs to learn to better listen to the employes better to help grow the bussines. The Senior managment doesn't seem to have the experence in managing a sales organization and is quick to judge and doesn't ask the correct questions but assumes things without talking to the sales team or dealers.

Advice to Senior Management

Add more people to sales to help grow the bussiness.
