    There is nothing great about this company except work from home option.

    - No communication between the management and the employees.
    - High talk but no substance.
    - HR is a joke.
    - Very unprofessional.

    Please think out of the box and please communicate with your employees and fire the sloppy HR.

    Pros

    Executive Management Team has a vision and plan to succeed.
    Employees are empowered to make a difference.
    The best talent in the industry works here.... "best athlete on the board" is the motto to get in and it has not disappointed

    Cons

    With growth, comes growing pains.... Company needs to do a better job on orienting new hires.
